Outdoor Exercises
  • 1st Week: Start with 20 minutes of jogging. This level is for warming up your body and loosing up your muscles
  • 2nd Week: 2-3 minutes of running followed by a slow pace of jogging for 20 minutes
  • 3rd Week: 10 minutes of running and 10 minutes of jogging again 10 more minutes of running. This level will elevate your metabolic rate
  • 4th Week: Continuous running for 25-30 minutes
  • 5th Week: Sprint for 100 meters walk back and 100 meters walk back for 10 rounds
  • 6th Week: Tryout 10 seconds of sprint and 20 seconds walk for 10 minutes

  1. Make sure to do proper warm-ups like calf & quad stretches and hamstring stretches. This is very important to avoid muscle catches during the winter season. Make sure you do good warmups before you try out cardio training in outdoor
  2. Since it is winter, during and after the outdoor cardio session, you may not feel thirsty and sweat out more. Still, you will burn a lot of fat. You still have to drink more water to drive out the toxins in the body and flush out the burnt fat
  3. Never always stick to the same routine. Find out a mix and match which will help you more
  4. At the end of your cardio session, finish it with easy jogging or walking to bring down your heart rate to normal
  5. For a good result, after finishing your cardio training, do few stretches like passive stretches holding it for every muscle about 30 seconds
  6. When you are practicing cardio sessions during winter at lower temperatures, you don't have to sweat out more in running or jogging. Running or jogging at lower temperatures increases your core temperature. This increase in core temperature will burn out the fat then your weight
  7. During winters, you will not feel uncomfortable because you will not sweat out more. So you can run more unto your capacity to burn more fat
  8. To make yourself interesting and get more benefit in running and jogging, keep changing the places you run/jog every day. Like Running on Road, track, mud ground, inclined/declined surfaces. This makes a lot of changes in your body which burns a lot of fat.
  9. Returning to home after running or jogging, do few exercises on the foam roller for glutes, hamstrings, quad stretches and calf. This will release the tightness and make you ready for the next session. If you don't have a foam roller, you can practice this with a tennis ball also to release muscle stress
